Professional Development Course for Teachers

Replacing the traditional Summer School for Teachers and Mature Students this year, this four-day intensive Professional Development Course will provide teachers with the opportunity, through observation or participation, to refresh and enhance teaching skills with particular emphasis on the Cecchetti children's grade and class examination syllabi up to Intermediate Foundation. The course will benefit all teachers of the Cecchetti method, including those studying DDI and DDE.
The Faculty will include senior Cecchetti teachers and examiners together with exponents in allied subjects.
Bishop Otter Campus is set in pleasant grounds and has excellent dance studio facilities and comfortable, en-suite accommodation. The historic town of Chichester and the Festival Theatre are all within easy walking distance. Non residential delegates are welcome to attend on a daily basis.
